This diptych was designed in collaboration with Carte Blanche, a restaurant that celebrates creativity and culinary freedom. The title Tabula Rasa — Latin for “blank slate” — reflects the space’s open, experimental character.

A mix of traditional and oxidized/heated gold, silver and copper leaf adds warmth, contrast and refined metallic detail. The use of heat-reactive materials subtly echoes the intensity of the kitchen, while layered textures mirror the craftsmanship behind every dish.
